New Blog HopsSpace

There are enough blog hops now that they need their own space... and this is it!  Possibly it will undergo some changes over the next few weeks, while I'm getting ready for the new Swap'n'Hop, but it will stay here, barring all disasters!
If you are not familiar with blog hops, a short explanation is in order.  I participate in several of them, this one will deal with jewelry hopping... A blog of course is what you are reading, now a Hop is something that entails you "hopping" from one blog to another... in this case, it is to see the jewelry and read the stories behind the making of the jewelry.  Mostly it is from a challenge of sorts or better yet, from a swap... The organizer asks for
submissions of interested parties, pairs the participants together, you swap components, you make a piece or pieces of jewelry from those components sent, you write a blog about it, and display your pictures of the jewelry... you then go to your partner's blog, and to other participant blogs. Thus the hopping.

It is a lot of fun, you get to know people that you would never meet otherwise, and you have a chance to see work that you might miss, since there are thousands if not millions of blogs, jewelry kind of get lost in the shuffle. So... here is my dedicated blog for blog hops.. jewelry blog hops that is. I will keep my 31 days and my year of jewelry pages, since they are totally different...
